Tender sirloin strips sautéed with garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, poblano and red peppers, tomatoes, onions, and aji Amarillo chili, finished with a splash of red wine vinegar and beef broth. Served with roasted potato wedges, jasmine rice, and a side of Peruvian green sauce.

Chicken Marsala Serving for two: 26.95
Chicken breast simmered in a rich Marsala wine sauce with mushrooms, sage, and a touch of lemon. Served with creamy mashed potatoes.  

Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Jambalaya Serving for two: 27.95
A Creole classic featuring shrimp and Andouille sausage simmered with tomatoes, onions, garlic, poblano and red bell peppers, celery, and a blend of signature seasonings. Served over Jasmine rice.
