Mini Falfel Pita Pockets
Chickpeas that have been ground and spiced with fresh parsley, cilantro, cumin, garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Formed into patties and sautéed. Filled into mini pita pockets with feta cheese, tomato and fresh parsley and served with a cucumber sauce.

Vegetarian Wraps
Marinated and grilled eggplant and portabella mushrooms wrapped in tomato and flour tortilla’s with fresh spinach, roasted tomato, fresh mozzarella and pesto.

Seared Tuna Skewers
Ahi grade tuna marinated with crushed black pepper and soy sauce, seared, and skewered with pickled ginger. Served with a wasabi aioli.
