Loving what you do and being able to do what you love have crossed paths. For over 12 years, our lovely beach cottage shop has been open Monday thru Friday. But due to staff shortages, we need to change our operating hours to Tuesday thru Friday.
It’s been hard to know what to write these past weeks, immersed in our sorrow that we have been unable to hire staff. If you know a person who would be interested in working in our kitchen, please have them stop by. Great opportunity for an individual looking for a daytime position (Tuesday–Saturday 8 am – 4 pm) to improve and learn additional kitchen skills.

On February 24, we mark our twelfth year in business!
“Food for everyone” is our mantra, and making that ambitious idea a reality was the impetus behind Greg Rider’s decision to develop Gregory Paul’s twelve(!!) years ago. It’s an idea that resonates with each of us, and it turns out lots of other people are on board with the idea too. We’re pleased as punch to have had our business featured recently in great publications such as Jacksonville Magazine and Edible, and extremely proud too. We love seeing other people recognize the power of good food!
