JACKSONVILLE, FL — February 2020 marks a decade of business for Gregory Paul’s, a unique carry-out and catering concept located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. To celebrate ten years of quality, convenient and affordable cuisine, Gregory Paul’s invites the Jacksonville community to attend a side yard celebration with appetizers and drinks on Sunday, March 1 from 1-3:00PM at Gregory Paul’s flagship location: 215 4th Ave S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.
The neighborhood grab-and-go dinner spot offers an always changing weekly menu made from fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared daily for pre-order and walk-in pick-up.
A believer in cooking from the heart, founder Greg Rider has been passionate about the culinary arts for as long as he can remember. Serving up modern American cuisine with international influence, his cooking style is inspired by childhood memories of traveling the world and learnings from his family’s Virginia-based fine dining establishment.
Gregory Paul’s believes in cooking and eating sustainably; using herbs from its own local garden and utilizing recyclable packaging. A typical weekly menu—featuring a number of entrees, sides, salads, soups and desserts—might include a combination of the following: chicken parmesan, seafood newburg, caramelized oven-roasted brussels sprouts, mediterranean chickpea salad and carrot ginger soup.
“An incredible decade of Gregory Paul’s has flown by in the blink of an eye,” said Rider. “ I feel so grateful for my staff and customers—not saying so would be like preparing a meal without a garnish.”
